The article that I will discuss this week is interesting as it pertains to food and that food which is the common staple of human beings all over the world: bread. Bread is one of the most versatile food products consumed by in all the cultures and societies of the world. It is a simple mixture of flour and water which is then fermented and baked or fried or steamed. However despite its importance in the world cuisine the origins of this humble food product were largely unknown.
